Wrought Iron Decor USA sells only first quality products. We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If any of our products don’t meet or exceed your expectations or the advertised quality, we will do our best to make it right. All products come with a manufacturer's warranty.

If for any reason you need to return an item, our customer service personnel will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization number to insure you receive your proper credit.

OUR RETURN POLICY

You may return an item for a refund/exchange of the merchandise total within 30 days of delivery.  A Return Authorization (RA) must be obtained in order to be credited for the return.  A return shipping label will be sent with the RA.  Once the item is received and inspected, your credit will be applied.  Please note the return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.

If the item arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange for a prompt replacement.  You should contact our Customer Service at 888-366-3199 immediately upon receiving a damaged or defective item.  The shipping container should be kept for possible need in filing a claim with our delivery carrier. 

Please do not assemble or modify your product if you intend to return it.  The item(s) should be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund.  Items that cannot be returned are:

• Clearance Items
• Personalized Items
• Custom Items
• Items marked Non-Returnable

Back Orders

If an item you select is not available to ship within the estimated availability timeframe, you will be  notified and given an opportunity to make a new selection or cancel your order.  We do not charge your credit card until we know the item is available to ship or you approve the delay in shipping. 

Refunds

Refunds of eligible returns, cancelled orders or for damaged/defective items will be in the same form of payment as was used to place the order.  Generally refunds are processed as soon as the item has been received or the order cancelled.  You should allow your bank a day or so to process the refund once we notify you the refund has been processed.
